Experienced Medical Aesthetician
Haven Medical Spa at Women’s Wellness Center is seeking a highly experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our team.

About Our Practice
Haven Medical Spa is part of Women’s Wellness Center | Columbia Hormone Health, a well-established medical practice providing healthcare for women, and specializing in midlife hormone health for men and women. Our team is focused on delivering a premium patient experience in a supportive environment.
Position Overview
As a Medical Aesthetician, you will provide patient consultations, advanced aesthetic treatments, and product guidance, ensuring a high level of care and consistency across all patient interactions.
You will work under the supervision of licensed physicians and contribute to a practice known for quality, integrity, and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, professional, and attentive patient experience
- Conduct consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including:
- RF microneedling
- Plasma pen resurfacing
- Laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation
- Vascular lesion treatments
- Ultrasound lipolysis and radiofrequency treatments
- Advanced facials and chemical peels
- Perform hair restoration treatments (microneedling, PRP, exosomes, red light therapy)
- Recommend and manage medical-grade skincare products
- Maintain strict sanitation and clinical standards
- Document treatments accurately within EMR
- Support scheduling, patient follow-up, and inquiries
- Assist with retail sales and inventory management
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Has significant experience in a medical aesthetic setting (no new graduates)
- Demonstrates strong clinical skills and confidence in advanced procedures
- Provides exceptional patient communication and service
- Is professional, detail-oriented, and reliable – with excellent attendance record
- Thrives in a team-oriented, physician-led environment
- Is motivated to contribute to a high-standard, growth-focused practice
Qualifications
- Esthetician license or equivalent training experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a medical aesthetician
- Advanced training and experience in aesthetic procedures
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment planning
