Medical Assistant or LPN

Position Overview

This role involves both clinical and patient-support responsibilities while working closely with dedicated providers and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs and medical histories
• Assisting providers during office visits and procedures
• Administering injections and performing clinical support duties
• Managing patient communication and follow-up
• Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and office workflow
• Supporting a positive, welcoming patient environment
• Cross-training in additional areas of the practice as needed

 Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and dependability are required for this position.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred
• Medical Assistant certification, LPN, or equivalent experience welcomed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-centered environment
• Desire to learn and grow within a specialty practice

About Our Practice

Haven Medical Spa is part of Women’s Wellness Center | Columbia Hormone Health, a well-established medical practice providing healthcare for women, and specializing in midlife hormone health for men and women. Our team is focused on delivering a premium patient experience in a supportive environment.

Position Overview

As a Medical Aesthetician, you will provide patient consultations, advanced aesthetic treatments, and product guidance, ensuring a high level of care and consistency across all patient interactions.

You will work under the supervision of licensed physicians and contribute to a practice known for quality, integrity, and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and attentive patient experience
• Conduct consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including:
  • RF microneedling
  • Plasma pen resurfacing
  • Laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation
  • Vascular lesion treatments
  • Ultrasound lipolysis and radiofrequency treatments
  • Advanced facials and chemical peels
• Perform hair restoration treatments (microneedling, PRP, exosomes, red light therapy)
• Recommend and manage medical-grade skincare products
• Maintain strict sanitation and clinical standards
• Document treatments accurately within EMR
• Support scheduling, patient follow-up, and inquiries
• Assist with retail sales and inventory management

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has significant experience in a medical aesthetic setting (no new graduates)
• Demonstrates strong clinical skills and confidence in advanced procedures
• Provides exceptional patient communication and service
• Is professional, detail-oriented, and reliable – with excellent attendance record
• Thrives in a team-oriented, physician-led environment
• Is motivated to contribute to a high-standard, growth-focused practice

Qualifications

• Esthetician license or equivalent training experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a medical aesthetician
• Advanced training and experience in aesthetic procedures
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment planning
